It’s a day to give gratitude to first responders for their unwavering commitment to serving their communities. This level of commitment and care is a feat in itself, but for this agency to be volunteer is a level of dedication that is an honor to witness and be a part of. We’re here night and day, 24/7. For the Town of Blacksburg Montgomery County around the region and across Virginia Emergency Medical Care 24 Hours A Day When there is a call for help there are trained health care providers oncall at the station around the clock. Every provider is an Emergency Medical Technician EMT while some have EMTAdvanced and Paramedic certifications. This ensures that everyone receives the best highquality care for a medical emergency.
