We are excited to soon open a completely renovated and updated Piedmont Park pool which includes new pool pumps and systems, pool resurfacing and tiling, repainted tables, new chair and lounge webbing, a new accessible lift, upgraded sound system, fresh paint and plantings, and new shade structures. We’ve been diligently working on this renovation during the off season, including having our contractors work on the weekends. Unfortunately, rain events in the past few weeks have delayed the work and we are unable to open this weekend. The updated plan is to finalize the installation of the shade structure and then pour concrete in the deck around the new shade structure on Friday 5/23. Our pool inspection with Fulton County is currently scheduled for Tuesday 5/27. We will provide another update on Friday 5/23. If you have any questions, please contact programs@piedmontpark.org.
