Our players had an unforgettable experience last Friday 8/15/2025 as they served as lineup buddies and ball boys at the University of Akron Men's Soccer game against Detroit Mercy University Men's Soccer team. The opportunity to walk onto the field with the team and be part of the game-day atmosphere was truly inspiring for young athletes. They not only enjoyed the excitement of the match but also had the chance to see high-level soccer up close. Our players were especially impressed by the technical skills, tactical awareness, and teamwork on displayed from both sides. It was a valuable learning moment and plenty of fun too! A big thank-you goes to the University of Akron for inviting us and making our players feel welcome. And congratulations to the University of Akron Men's Soccer team on their 2-1 victory. (fb)
