We are a non-profit art center, professional art gallery, and gallery shop. The gallery is open and free to the public. Promoting and presenting local artists and musicians, with a mission of enriching life in NW Iowa. THE MISSION OF Arts on Grand IS TO BUILD COMMUNITY AWARENESS OF THE VISUAL AND PERFORMING ARTS BY MAKING THE ARTS ACCESSIBLE TO ALL PEOPLE IN SPENCER, IOWA and the surrounding northwest Iowa AREA.

Welcome to Arts On Grand Enriching life in northwest Iowa through the Arts Formed in 1989 the Spencer Area Arts Council was created to encourage local artists musicians and art lovers to showcase and present their work. In the early 2000s the organizations name was changed to Arts on Grand for their new location on Grand Ave. Arts on Grand is a 501c3 nonprofit organization.
