The mission of WVCAN is to restore the lives of victims of child abuse by supporting locally-based Child Advocacy Centers in the Mountain State. The West Virginia Child Advocacy Network’s mission is to better serve children and families when concerns of child abuse arise by supporting the development, growth and continuation of Child Advocacy Centers and multi-disciplinary teams in West Virginia.
