Hawthorn Hollow is a privately operated 501(c)(3) nonprofit nature sanctuary and arboretum open to the public Tuesday through Sunday. Our mission is to cultivate appreciation, understanding, and stewardship of our natural and local heritage through environmental education and sanctuary preservation.

Welcome to Hawthorn Hollow Our mission is to cultivate appreciation understanding and stewardship of our natural and local heritage through environmental education and sanctuary preservation. The Ecology Fund A New Way to Give This initiative is designed to bolster our ongoing efforts to preserve our sanctuarys unique and diverse ecosystems. The Astronomy Fund A New Way to Give This initiative will directly support the enhancement of the observatorys programs helping to bring the wonders of the night sky to our community while also fostering educational opportunities for all ages.
