Sea Island Habitat for Humanity was started in 1978 with the mission of bringing people together to build homes, communities, and hope . The ReStore provides funds for the homebuilding efforts of Sea Island Habitat for Humanity through the resale of donated goods. It also helps the environment by diverting tonnage that would otherwise go to a landfill. Lastly, it helps the community by offering home furnishings and construction materials at an affordable price.
