Empowering Women 💪🏿 At Namikango, we believe that when women are empowered, families and communities thrive. That’s why our Women’s Development Ministry is at the heart of holistic transformation in Malawi. Through discipleship, skills training, and Village Savings & Loans groups, women are gaining the tools to grow spiritually, launch businesses, and support their families. These gatherings are more than meetings—they are spaces of encouragement, leadership, and lasting change. Today, over 600 women across Malawi are part of development groups, learning together and multiplying hope in their communities.
