We got a special visit this week from the Norfolk Fire-Rescue team!🚒 Our residents had a blast seeing the trucks up close! Firefighters toured St. Mary's to learn how they can best support our residents in the case of an emergency. Our team of managers and leaders recently completed Respectful Disagreement training in collaboration with Sentara Health EAP. Thank you to the Claude Moore Charitable Foundation for helping us build this beautiful learning space, aptly named the Dr. Claude Moore Learning Center! This space will host numerous workshops and trainings, equipping our team to provide the best care to those we serve. (fb)
