Romans 828 The Christian Opportunity Center COC supports nearly 200 individuals with locations in Pella Oskaloosa Knoxville Indianola and Des Moines. COC primarily focuses on supporting adults and transitional students. We approach our service delivery as a partnership respecting the needs and desires of each individual.
