About Us A Maryland State Department of Education Licensed Program since 1989 South County PreKindergarten Coop SCPC is a cooperative preschool that has been serving the greater Annapolis area for nearly 50 years. The school is an organization made up of parents and teachers providing their children with quality child care and education at a reasonable cost. Our cooperative environment allows parents to participate and offer input to their childs classroom experience. Our program is specifically designed to allow the first school experience to be exceptional lowcost and family focused.
