ADVOCACY Become an Arts Advocate Become an Arts Advocate Ensuring the equality of arts and arts education opportunities throughout Missouri. Securing public funding requires a consistent focused message year after year so that elected officials give serious consideration to funding. Public financial support of the arts is a necessity to ensure equality of arts and arts education opportunities in all communities in Missouri regardless of size.
