Retraining can be a great tool, but sometimes it DOESN’T work. Today’s seminar will discuss why that is, how to use retraining more effectively, and how alternatives to retraining can be implemented. Bio: Nick received his PhD in Immunology from LaTrobe University in Melbourne, Australia, before coming to the USA as a postdoc at St Jude Children’s Research Hospital. After 5 years in academia, he moved over to education and training, taking a position at the American Association for Laboratory Animal Science (AALAS), where he worked on training and certification materials. After 7 years at AALAS, he returned to St Jude in the compliance department as a research compliance manager. (fb)
