COMMUNITY BUILDING EVENT: SO YOU WANT TO LIVE ON A SAILBOAT? Sailing is about more than the miles we cover — it’s about the community we build along the way. Inspired by the connections made through the Sailing Ships Maine Women’s Sailing Program, we’re launching a new series of events designed to bring together new and seasoned sailors to share experiences, ask questions, and support one another on the journey. Each gathering will focus on a different theme, from preparing to cast off, to navigating boat ownership and partnerships, to maintaining your boat. Our first event kicks off with a panel of experienced liveaboards who will share their stories, lessons learned, and insights into the cruising lifestyle.
