When they first started they focused on collaboration with the city during the utility upgrade and streetscape project which was by all accounts a wonderful success. Because of the massive utility upgrade project streetscape traffic pattern change Mt. Vernon 4th Street bridge replacement Newark Development Partners NDP developed We Dig Newark to enhance communication with the public.
