When Suzanne got a callback after her screening mammogram showed abnormal findings, she was surprised—there was no family history of breast cancer, and she hadn’t noticed any changes. Further testing, including an MRI and biopsies, revealed invasive lobular carcinoma in her left breast and atypical cells in her right. At just 29 years old Shannon found out she had invasive breast cancer.
