That recognition helped us bring this story to a wider audience — showing how a simple helpline is helping shift menstrual health from a private struggle to a public priority — centering care, choice, and dignity for every menstruator. Through thousands of conversations, Hello Saathi is also helping us uncover a deeper truth: menstrual health is not just a hygiene issue — it’s a vital and a crucial contributor to a person’s overall health and wellbeing.
