Do you remember Ruby's on 13th & Market? How about their delicious hamburgers and famous fried chicken? The Museum of Riverside just acquired this vintage Ruby's matchbook! This object will be featured in a new exhibition, Fast 'n' Fresh: The Inland Empire's Influence on the Fast-Food Industry, 1940 - 1970. The exhibition is set to open in 2027 along with the grand reopening of the main museum site in downtown Riverside. If you have objects like trays, cups, uniforms, kitchen equipment, menus, or name tags from local drive-ins during the 1940s - 1970s, the Museum may be interested in borrowing them for the exhibition.
