Congratulations to Joshua Travis, our 2025 Samantha Cravens Scholarship Award Recipient! The Samantha Cravens Scholarship Award was founded by Our Family’s former board chair and volunteer, Scott Koenig, to honor an employee who makes a personal commitment to professional growth. The award is named in memory of former Our Family employee Samantha Cravens, who touched many lives through her work here. Her spirit of caring and generosity lives on through this award, which honors her memory and her legacy of helping others. Sam said the support she received from youth programs had saved her life, inspiring her to pursue a career serving youth in need. Her husband, Corey Cravens, shared that she was smart and organized, always had a clear plan for her future, and she would have become a nonprofit executive one day.
