Transitional Youth is a non-profit organization actively working to reduce youth homelessness in NW Oregon and SW Washington. Learn more about the challenges our local homeless youth population faces and our work to help them. By providing outreach, support and housing to homeless and at-risk youth, we seek to transform both hearts and lives through compassion, guidance and the grace of God.
