An exciting scene at Hoover and Taft this week—HVAC installation! RCSD is installing cooling systems that support student and staff safety, health, and wellbeing. These schools, along with Adelante Selby and Roosevelt, are part of the first phase, with every campus scheduled for upgrades in future phases. This is only possible because of you. In This Section Home Learn More Learn More Learn More Learn More Learn More Learn More Learn More Our Mission RCSD creates a safe and supportive inspirational and rigorous joyful and inclusive environment for all learners PreK The preschool program forms the foundation for later life learning in all domains of development including socioemotional language literacy and mathematics. Transitional Kindergarten TK The TK class provides more opportunities for socialemotional and language development including mathematics functions through interactive handson activities which helps students develop and build upon existing skills to be successful in kindergarten and stimulating classroom centers which focus on science mathematics writing arts and crafts community role play etc. Kindergarten Kindergarten is a time for students to get acclimated to school make friends and have fun learning while doing. Time in the classroomand recess timebuilds relationships hones lifelong skills and fosters a positive attitude toward learning.
