It aims to disrupt unconscious bias in tech and bridge the gender gap in STEM education.

Stem Atlanta Women was founded by Dr. Maxine Cain, an influential figure in the tech industry known for her leadership in promoting inclusivity and innovation in STEM education. Dr. Cain has been recognized with several awards, including the Biden President’s Lifetime Achievement Award and the Georgia Outstanding Citizen Award.
