Representing Health Cares Front Line Providers Founded in 1948 the California Ambulance Association CAA represents the interests of emergency and nonemergency ambulance service providers serving nearly every county of the state of California. As healthcares first responders the Association is dedicated to assuring the delivery of excellent pre hospital care to the people of California by promoting recognized industry best practices. AB 716 Toolkit AB716 was passed to protect California consumers from balancing billing and uninsured ambulance bills. The AB 716 toolkit authored by PWW provides information on AB716 including an understanding of AB716 working with insurances on reimbursement and an explanation of rate regulation in California.
