Outpatient mental health and substance use recovery services CENTER FOR FAMILY DEVELOPMENT (CFD) SUPPORTS POSITIVE INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY FUNCTIONING, ACCEPTANCE, EMPOWERMENT AND GROWTH. CFD JOINS RESPECTFULLY WITH DIVERSE INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES TO IDENTIFY AND ACCESS STRENGTHS AND RESOURCES TO ENHANCE THEIR LIVES AS WELL AS THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE COMMUNITY. CFD offers outpatient mental health and substance use therapy services for adults adolescents children and families. We now also provide medication assisted treatment such as Suboxone for people who experience opioid use disorders. CFDs business hours have changed All buildings are open Monday Thursday from 800am 530pm with limited services available on Fridays. Our services Mental Health Services Drug Alcohol Services Medication Assisted Treatment Other Programs Call 911 in cases of medical emergency.
