Nonprofit for the empowerment of the people of Konkourona, Burkina Faso in West Africa KAFO is a nonprofit organization supporting access to education, healthcare and water in Burkina Faso Konkourona Alliance Foundation (KAFO), Inc. was created to help break the cycle of poverty in one small village in Burkina Faso. We believe in empowering local communities to take action to create a better future. This begins with the education of children, access to primary healthcare, and access to clean water and sanitation.
