Who We Are Friends of Detroit Animal Care Control FoDACC is a volunteerrun nonprofit organization that supports the daily operations of Detroit Animal Care Control DACC which is Detroits municipal shelter for stray pets. FoDACC is active in the areas of volunteer management fundraising donations community outreach foster programs adoptions inshelter enrichment and medical care for the animals.
