Together we will find light in our darkest days Into the Lights Mission is to rid the stigma around mental health issues facing teens and young adults. Join us for an incredible event packed with exciting activities. The day will feature a USATFcertified 5K course an inspiring Guest Speaker Yoga Live Music Pet Therapy and a Mindfulness Workshop. Experts will be available to discuss mindful eating nutrition QuestionPersuadeRefer Training 8 Dimensions of wellness and so much more.
