This is an well done 14 minute video with excellent original factory construction scenes that are extremely instructive and you can see the importance of women in aviation construction at the time. It tells the complete story of the Thomas-Morse MB-3, the fighter that followed the WWI built Thomas-Morse Scout in the museum and set the United States on a course for aviation independence from Europe. An amazing amount of information in just a 14 minute video. And unlike most of these Youtube videos, no purple prose or hyperbole...it's quite refreshing. (fb)
A Kingsbury Sunday for Al working on his 1896 Tribute Ford. No museum funds go into Al's projects although Al hopes that his projects help support interest and fun at the Aerodrome. (fb)

Pioneer Flight Museum Kingsbury Texas Welcome to the Pioneer Flight Museum a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation restoration and reproduction of aircraft and historical ground vehicles from the beginning of flight to the early years of WWII. We are a living history museum and keep as many of our aircraft vehicles and artifacts in working order as we can. Downloada PDF Membership application and join us.
