The KU RocketStars, a team of Indigenous STEM scholars from the The University of Kansas, won two prestigious awards at NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s First Nations Launch competition, including the Outreach Award and the Patch Design Contest for their rocket, The Star Snagger.
