Community Advocates for Just and Moral Governance MoGo Holding government accountable to The People Community Advocates for Just and Moral Governance MoGo Holding government accountable to The People CAMPAIGN SPOTLIGHT PrOTECT CAMPAIGN SPOTLIGHT PrOTECT Racial profiling is unconstitutional but it still happens every day. Racial profiling is unconstitutional but it still happens every day. As an impact litigation organization dedicated to restructuring government our free legal services and advocacy efforts have been sorely needed during the pandemic and protests against police violence. As more and more studies confirm the numerous accounts of Black people in our region who have experienced racism during encounters with local police our work is critical in passing the PrOTECT Preventing Overpolicing Through Equitable Community Treatment Ordinance.
