Welcome to Mi Salud Wellness Center We are a nonprofit organization providing varied health promotion disease prevention and wellness services in the heart of the Feltonville Community in North Philadelphia Pennsylvania. What do we offer the community. The focus of our Wellness Center is to offer community services to address the physical mental social and spiritual needs of individuals and families. Some of the services include Lifestyle workshops on health promotion chronic disease prevention.
