Independent Council on Women’s Sports 🌐 Advocating for female athletes 🏛️ Supporting lawsuits against the NCAA, Mountain West & Ivy League Independent Council on Women’s Sports, a network & advocacy group of current & former collegiate & professional women athletes & their supporters The Independent Council on Women’s Sports (ICONS) is a network and advocacy group comprised of current and former collegiate and professional women athletes, their families and supporters. We are building a collective voice to promote and protect women’s sports. We believe women should thrive and succeed in sport without facing sex based discrimination. We believe women deserve respect and fair competition equal to that of male athletes. ICONS seeks to elevate and empower female athletes on and off the athletic field.
