We've been busy here at PWC this season, updating and finishing enclosures and pools with saltwater filtration for our seabirds that we anticipate coming in. Our WDFW inspection, I'm happy to report, we passed with flying colors! Now, we're waiting for our rescue's Migratory Bird permit to be finalized, which we hope will happen within the next week. 🤞 With our new improvements, our electric bill has increased by over 200% from last year. If you'd like to help, we'd appreciate it. All our daily operation costs and most of our capital improvements come from donors like you, and everything helps. We provide compassionate care veterinary medical treatment and support for orphaned wild animals. Our goal is to reintroduce previously injured and orphaned animals back into their natural habitats. We also strive to promote empathy for wildlife and educate children and adults about the importance of conserving their habitats and the value of Washingtons wild animals.
