The Tulsa community The Foundation for Tulsa Schools, a 501(c)(3) community-based nonprofit, was formed in 2001 with a mission of building a better community through the support of Tulsa Public Schools. The Foundation is a community based 501(c)(3) nonprofit, formed in 2001, operating independently as a trusted partner of Tulsa Public Schools. Our goals and activities are closely aligned with the district and include enhancing educational programs through enlisting community and business support for additional educational resources to provide a first-class public education.
