✨ Coming This September ✨ We are excited to launch The EM-BODY Group, an 8-week therapeutic program rooted in Trauma-Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), the only empirically validated yoga-based clinical intervention proven to support healing from Complex Trauma and PTSD. This is not your typical yoga class. The EM-BODY Group is a safe, inclusive, and choice-based space where survivors can reconnect with their bodies, cultivate empowerment, and strengthen present-moment awareness. Guided by trained facilitators, participants will have the opportunity to explore healing in a way that honors their individual experiences and needs. 🧘 No experience needed. The start of high school or college is a season of new independence. With that independence comes the need for open conversations about safety, consent, relationships, and online choices. Arch Collaborative supports teens and young adults as they navigate this important stage of life. Tips for Caregivers and Youth: Consent matters – It must be freely given, enthusiastic, and can be withdrawn at any time. Spot red flags – Control, jealousy, and isolation are warning signs of unhealthy relationships. Build digital awareness – Think carefully before sharing photos or personal information. Use strong privacy settings and turn off location tracking. Manage peer pressure online – Remind them they don’t have to respond to messages that make them uncomfortable and can block/report harmful interactions. Stay connected – Even from a distance, remind your student you are a safe place to turn without judgment.
