Hantavirus Pulmonary Syndrome is a rare but serious lung disease spread by deer, mice and other wild rodents. 🐭 People can get Hantavirus when tiny particles from rodent saliva, urine, droppings or nesting materials become airborne and are inhaled. For example, sweeping a garage where infected mice have nested can stir up these particles and put your lungs at risk.
