🧡 We love having our Youth Build Day volunteers on site, and are thrilled to highlight a repeat volunteer—John, a senior at Catholic High, has been giving his time, energy, and heart to Habitat for many years. His favorite part? “It’s pretty cool to help out in the community and give back.” Outside of volunteering, John is active in French Club, Spanish Club, Bruin Broadcast Network, NHS, and lacrosse. ✨ Volunteer Spotlight: Lynn Bradley ✨ Lynn has been part of Habitat Baton Rouge since the very beginning! She joined the very first volunteer group in 1989 and has spent over 30 years helping build homes with the Methodist Churches, serving on committees, leading as President and board member, and supporting families every step of the way. Her favorite part of a build? Raising the walls on day one and seeing the house take shape. Her favorite part of Habitat? The families. 💙 Lynn says, “It is so rewarding to work with the families building a home for themselves and their children.
