NCFPSC is the Education Lifeline and Safety Net that Offers Hope, Dignity and Opportunity to Our Most Needy Public School Children. Every day a child struggles in school simply because they lack something as basic as a pair of eyeglasses, shoes that fit, appropriate clothing, supplies, a hearing aid, or else. The North Carolina Foundation for Public School Children's mission is to meet those basic needs as quickly as possible so the child can be in school and focus on learning. Our foundation's mission also includes growing future teachers for North Carolina through the Teacher Cadet Program. Teacher Cadet ensures a future stocked with homegrown teachers who can relate to the students they teach.
