OpenWaters Opening Doors of Opportunity Open Waters Louisiana is a mentorship program started by the Crescent River Port Pilots Association and New Orleans Baton Rouge Steamship Pilots Association. The mission is to share the wealth of career opportunities in Louisianas maritime industry beyond jobs exclusive to the riverwith young men and women from all backgrounds and vocations who carry a sense of duty an understanding of true responsibility and a desire to get paid doing meaningful work with their lives.
