We couldn’t be more proud of these three young volunteers. All summer they’ve demonstrated kindness, compassion, diligence, and hard work. Our Thursday team celebrated them with a send-off dinner as Aadi heads back to college, Saige completes her summer internship, and Daniel returns to boarding school. Every family we serve is unique, so every design we create and installation we complete is unique. This one was a new experience for us. It involved returning to a townhouse we furnished a year ago for Housing Initiatives of Princeton and giving it an entirely new look based on the needs of its new family. The complexity of this install along with the summer heat called for a hearts+homes Advance Team to drop the furniture at the townhouse on Friday in the cooler evening hours. Sending out a *big* thank you to the members of that team. Their generous efforts helped their buddies on the Saturday Install Team finish in under 8 hours.
