#CalStateLA and Move LA brought labor and environmental leaders together last month for the inaugural Deep Decarbonization Roundtable, co-hosted by the Pat Brown Institute for Public Affairs. 🌎⚡ Union leaders, environmental justice advocates, tribal communities, and public sector partners gathered on campus to discuss how the transition from fossil fuels to clean energy can create good-paying jobs, protect communities, and address climate challenges. From AI and robotics to sustainable energy and infrastructure, students shared their summer research and projects while connecting with mentors, faculty, and industry leaders.
