Mental health for us folks in America is only going to get worse and as the resources are being cut back, we need to do what we can to help those who may be facing and dealing with the blues and anxiety. About Us Get Involved More It39s Official. Our 2025 YOU ARE ENOUGH 5K runwalk is set for May 31st. We are so excited that we will be having our YOU ARE ENOUGH 5K RunWalk on May 31st on the beautiful Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach Strand. We will be celebrating one another while also honoring May Mental Health Awareness Month.
