We love this boy so gosh darn much ❤️🖤🐓🖤❤️ ♡♡♡ The location Bigfoot was dumped was one of the most difficult places we've ever rescued a dumped bird. Punxy's rescue will go down in history as our hardest (her story is on our Patreon).  Sadly, we received a message a few days ago about another dumped rooster in the exact location that Bigfoot was dumped. We spent hours looking around with no luck. We did, however, find a bunch of feathers, but according to our wildlife expert friend, they appeared to be those of a raptor. With the difficult terrain, heavy vehicle traffic, and no sightings of the rooster, we had to give up on searching for him 💔  Dumping domestic animals is not only illegal, it is a death sentence for them. We truly believe that Bigfoot would have died if he was without water for even an hour longer. Humans need to be better. Happy #ROOsday from besties, Manny and Archie 🫶 Their love for one another came at a time they needed each other most. Both boys lost their best friends. Manny lost Old Si 💔 And Archie lost Abe 💔 The two of them grieved very hard. Thankfully, they eventually found support in each other, and now they are inseparable. 💕 Roosters are sensitive, loving, and caring individuals.
