Epilepsy Foundation Texas Mission Statement Epilepsy Foundation Texas exists to improve the lives of people affected by epilepsy through education advocacy research and connection. . Our mission is to provide medical care camps education and support for people with epilepsy. For this reason 95 cents of every dollar we receive directly funds programs and services for those affected by epilepsy.
