I ran cross country and track in middle school and have been running ever since. As an adult without access to recess or P.E., running is the next best option. I love how running brings mental clarity, a whole lot of Vitamin D, growth, and the most fun friendships! 3 guests you would invite to a special dinner party? Hands down Dan, Christina, and Georgie Eddins. Talk about the most pleasant dinner guests in the world! Why did you join Spewak Racing? I moved to St. Louis three years ago and little did I know all the fun surprises that St. Louis had in store. Spewak Racing rises to the top as one of those surprises. I am grateful for the friendships and fitness that have come with Spewak Racing. What’s your favorite race distance? The half marathon!
