Disability Achievement Center is a non-residential resource Center for Independent Living serving Pinellas and Pasco Counties. Helping those with disabilities live safely, independently, and to their fullest potential, empowering them with the tools they need. D.A.C. serves people of all ages within Pinellas and Pasco Counties. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit resource center. "Empowering People with Disabilities" is Disability Achievement Center's mission statement.
