In 2025, Benin applied the Food Systems Policy Coherence Diagnostic Tool through document reviews and expert consultations. Findings from the Structures & Mechanisms module show: 1. Framework documents for food system transformation are in development. 2. Gaps remain in capacity, implementation, inclusivity, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring and accountability.
