The second session of the Kids in the Kitchen Series with the Brazos Valley Food Bank just kicked off, and what a delightful surprise it was! Parents and kids teamed up to whip up scrumptious homemade strawberry and banana yogurt parfaits, all topped with crunchy graham crackers and a generous swirl of whipped cream. "Bon appétit" has never sounded so deliciously fun! The kids not only showcased their cutting skills but also dug into their creations with enthusiasm. This session was bursting with excitement as we celebrated emotional competence, forged social connections, expanded parenting knowledge, and received solid support.
