United Black Agenda Inc
The United Black Agenda Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the welfare of Black communities in New Jersey. Founded in 2017, it functions as a coalition of organizations aimed at addressing systemic inequities and advancing the political, economic, and social well-being of Black residents in the state.
Purpose and Mission
The United Black Agenda Inc. provides a shared space for Black-led organizations to collaborate and amplify their advocacy efforts. Its mission is to ensure full political participation, representation, and access to economic security and opportunities for Black New Jerseyans. The organization seeks to address the state's history of discrimination, marginalization, and subjugation by advocating for policies that benefit Black communities and promote equitable social systems.
Achievements
Since its inception, the United Black Agenda Inc. has achieved significant milestones, including the addition of thousands of new voters to the electoral rolls and a reduction in the prison population. It has also secured increased state funding for initiatives benefiting Black communities.

By uniting various advocacy groups, the United Black Agenda Inc. aims to create lasting policy changes that foster more equitable and thriving Black communities across New Jersey.

Working to Expand Black Wealth Prosperity Who We Are The United Black Agenda 501c3 is an invitationonly coalition of Blackled organizations throughout the State of New Jersey including the original founding members Fair Share Housing Center Monarch Housing Resources NAACP New Jersey State Conference Association of Black Women Lawyers of New Jersey Salvation and Social Justice New Jersey Institute For Social Justice and New Jersey Black Issues Convention as well as newlyinvited members African American Chamber of Commerce Alpha Phi Alpha and the Urban League of Essex County. We will always acknowledge and proactively attack the root causes of inequality aggressively pursue legislation policies and programs to mitigate the ravages of white supremacy and affirm the tenets of democracy freedom and liberty. We are the United Black Agenda and this is our mission. Rev.
