Huge congratulations to Marissa for completing her 150 nautical mile solo cross-country flight today — and with a smile the whole way! 😄🔥 🎯 FAA Regulations require every student pilot to complete a solo cross-country flight of at least 150 NM total distance, with full-stop landings at three points, and one leg being at least 50 nautical miles. ✅ Today, Marissa nailed it. 💪🏼✈️ And let’s not forget her loyal co-pilot… 🧸 We’re still deciding what to name this little legend. Girls Love To Fly is a nonprofit foundation that offers scholarship opportunities and an all girls flight school to help increase that statistic.
